75 minute session $80

Sessions with Kate are 75 minutes long.  This is primarily done in silent meditation together with some consulting beforehand and a bit of time for discussion afterwards.   Clients are encouraged to meditate with her Youtube videos on her channel Yes to Grace between sessions.
